Q. Will you turn up?
A. Almost certainly. Whilst nobody can be 100% reliable, I do recognize that many of my customers will have taken time off work, emptied rooms of furniture etc. I make a big effort to be more reliable than most tradesmen.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. Usually I will be able to give you an indication of the cost over the phone / internet.
This should be considered as an estimate only, to be confirmed upon a site visit. When I arrive to look at your job I will give you a free, no obligation estimate before I start any work. If this estimate is acceptable I will in most cases get on with the work there and then.
Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes and No
If the carpet I am fitting for you is brand new then I guarantee it against defective installation for two years. No questions asked.
If the carpet is not brand new and has been previously used then I cannot guarantee it.
